Steak Roll-Ups
  • 1 Pound any kind of steak about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Sliced bacon.
  1. Dry steak with paper towels. Pound steak flat with mallet. Slice crosswise into about 1/2 to 1 inch wide. Sauté until about half done as many slices of bacon as you have steak strips. Drain bacon on paper towels until cool enough to handle. Lay bacon out straight on cutting board.Place one strip of steak on each slice of bacon. Roll up and secure with tooth pick. Place rolls on broiler pan with rack. Broil
  2. approximately 6 inches from top heat about 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Serve with baked potatoes. Serves two.
