INGREDIENTS

  • Preparation Time: 10 min
  • 1 can french green beans , drained
  • 2 cans peg corn .drained
  • 1/2 onion , chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery , chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup
  • almonds and chestnuts sliced/crushed to taste
  • Topping;
  • 1/2 c margarine , melted
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pkg. Ritz Crackers crushed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients except topping and put into a large shallow casserole dish. In a saucepan melt butter , add crackers and almond or chestnuts and top the casserole then bake at 350 degree for 45 mins.
