- 1 can french green beans , drained
- 2 cans peg corn .drained
- 1/2 onion , chopped
- 1/2 c. celery , chopped
- 1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can of cream of celery soup
- almonds and chestnuts sliced/crushed to taste
- Topping;
- 1/2 c margarine , melted
- 1 to 1 1/2 pkg. Ritz Crackers crushed
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except topping and put into a large shallow casserole dish. In a saucepan melt butter , add crackers and almond or chestnuts and top the casserole then bake at 350 degree for 45 mins.
