• Cake
• 1 pkg white cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 c. oil
• 1/2c. water
• 1/2c. strawberry juice
• 1 pkg. strawberry jello
• Filling
• 1/2 stick butter, creamed
• 3 3/4c. pwd. sugar.
• Add enough strawberries to make spreadable.

1. For cake - Soften jello in 1/2c. water. Combine w/4 other ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.

This cake is my absolute favorite when I have to take something. I even did it as a layer cake for a second wedding. It was beautiful.
