Strawberry Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 40 minutes
  • Cake:
  • 1 box White Cake mix
  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (3oz) box strawberry jello
  • 1/2 cup frozen (or fresh) strawberries, chopped
  • Icing:
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp crushed Strawberries
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients for the cake in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Bake in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan @350 for about 40 minutes.
  2. Icing- Combine butter, powdered sugar and crushed strawberries and drizzle over warm cake.
