Strawberry Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter and sugar then add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each. stir in Vanilla extract. sift the dry ingredients and add to other mixture a third at a time, alternating with the milk. pour into papers or foils on baking tray, or cupcake tray. Bake in 180c oven for 18-24 minutes. Makes 12
