Strawberry Frosting for Mom's Favorite White Cake
  • 2 envelopes (1.3 ounces each) whipped topping mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup (6 ounces) white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  1. Beat whipped topping mix and milk in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on high speed 4 minutes until topping thickens and forms peaks.
  2. With mixer at low speed, beat melted chocolate into topping.
  3. Add jam, beat until blended.
  4. Chill 15 minutes or until spreading consistancey.
