Strawberry Pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 small box strawberry Jell-o
  • 1 cup or less sugar
  • 4 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1 cup cold water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add Jell-o and sugar to boiling water.
  2. Mix cornstarch with cold water and add to Jell-o mix.
  3. Return to heat and cook 5 minutes longer at low boil.
  4. Cool and add 1 quart whole or cut strawberries.
  5. Pour into baked pie shell.
  6. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve with whipped topping.
