  • 2 qts strawberries washed and hulled
  • 1 C Water
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 C water
  • 1 pie shell baked
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine 1 cub mashed strawberries with 1 C water in saucepan
  2. Boil 5 mins
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/3 C water
  4. Add 1 C Sugar and cornstarch mix to strawberry mix
  5. Boil until mixture becomes clear - about 5 mins.
  6. Stirring constantly cool the glaze
  7. Add berries to the glaze and toss gently
  8. Arrange in prebaked shell
  9. Chill and serve
