Strawberry Pineapple sherbet (Nutrient Lab)

  • 1 pound frozen strawberries
  • 1 pound frozen pineapple chucks
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or palm syrup
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Place all ingredients on a large food processor or pulse to break up the frozen fruit. Then puree until very smooth
  2. 2. Serve immediately as soft-serve, or more to an airtight container and freeze. Once frozen, thaw for 15 mins before scooping and serving
