Strawberry Rhubarb Swirl
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 15 minutes

  • Preparation Time: 1 hour
  • 3 c rhubarb
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 3 oz strawberry jello
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 1/4 t vanilla
  • 8 oz cool whip
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix rhubarb and sugar and let stand for one hour.
  2. Cook until rhubarb is tender and add jello. Allow to cool.
  3. Beat vanilla pudding, milk, and vanilla. Add cool whip to pudding. Swirl with rhubarb. To make a pie, just put in a crust and chill.
