Strawberry muffins
INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- About 1 cup fresh strawberries, cut up
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
DIRECTIONS
- * Cream together butter and sugars
- * Beat in eggs and vanilla
- * Add in strawberries
- * Combine flour and baking soda, then add to rest of mixture
- * Spoon into muffin cups, until about half full
- * Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
