Stuffed Hot Dogs

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 T minced onion
  • 1/4 c shredded cheese
  • 1 T butter
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 1 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute onion in butter about 3 min. Add bread crumbs, cheese & pepper &
  2. mix. Split hot dogs lengthwise. Fill with stuffing mixture. Wrap each with bacon & secure on both ends with toothpicks. Grill until bacon is browned.
