Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (12 oz.) pkgs. Mushrooms
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Remove stems from mushroom caps.
- Rinse mushroom caps, them pat dry with paper towel.
- Set aside.
- In large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients with olive oil.
- Stuff the mushrooms caps; place a drop of oil (olive) on top of filled mushroom.
- Place on sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350 until the mushroom is soft.
