Stuffed Shells with Pasta Sauce
INGREDIENTS

- * 1/2 lb. ground beef
- * 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, ground
- * 4 oz. cream cheese
- * 12 jumbo shells
- * 1 Tbl. oil
- * 1/2 med. onion, chopped
- * 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- * 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
- * 1 jar (14 oz.) pasta sauce (red)
- * 1 tsp. minced garlic
- * 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- * 1/2 cup shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Slightly brown ground beef and Italian sausage
- 2. Drain and cool
- 3. Mix in cream cheese (works best when mixing with your hands)
- 4. Set aside
- 5. Saute onions and peppers in oil
- 6. Add mushrooms, pasta sauce, garlic and Italian seasonings
- 7. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with non-stick spray
- 8. Stuff shells with meat mixture
- 9. Pour sauce evenly over shells
- 10. Sprinkle with shredded cheese
- 11. Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes
