Stuffed Shells
  • 1 package of Italian sausage 1 egg
  • 1 box of shells 1 pkg Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 pkg. of Mozzarella cheese 1 pkg of frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 jar of 4-cheese flavor spaghetti sauce Dash of nutmeg
  • Dash of garlic salt
  1. Cook shells according to box, drain, rinse with cool water. While shells are cooking, mix together in bowl, thawed spinach, and egg. Add a dash of Nutmeg and Garlic salt. Then add in the cheeses. Stir well. Once the shells are cool to touch, spoon inside the cheese mixture. Lay them in the bottom of a casserole dish. Cook sausage, add sauce and mix together. Pour on top of the shells. Cover and bake at 350„a for approx. 45 minutes or until cheese is melted.
