Stuffed Snow Peas

  • 50 snow peas
  • 8 oz soft spreadable herb cheese
  • Or mix your own herbs but chop them fine
  1. Steam or blanche the snow peas for 20-30 seconds. Remove the string from one side and cut with a small knife if necessary to make a pocket on one side. Leave the other side intact. Using a small spoon or pastry bag with star tip, fill the snow pea pods and place on a decorative platter. Cover and chill up to 6 hours before serving.
I made this recipe for a wedding dinner and it was a hit. I had wished I made more because the were gone in a heartbeat. I've never forgot how well it went over. Its a little time consuming but worth it if you want to please your guest.
