Sugar-Coated Pecans
  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  1. In a bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Add pecans and toss until well coated.
  2. Combine the sugar & cinnamon; sprinkle over the pecans and toss to coat.
  3. Spread in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 300ยบ for 30 minutes or until browned. Cool on waxed paper.
  5. Yield: 3 cups
