• 1 cup White Sugar + Extra to roll the dough in
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1 cup Butter or Margarine
• 1 cup Vegetable Oil
• 2 Eggs
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
• 4 cups Flour

1. Mix all ingredients
2. Roll into 2" balls
3. Roll in Sugar
4. Smash the balls with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar
5. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350
