  • Cooking Time: 8 minutes
  • 1 1/2 cup GF flour mix
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 xanthum gum
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine GF flour, cream of tartar, soda, xanthum gum, salt. Cut in the butter until mixture is in crumbs the size of peas.
  2. In a small bowl beat sugar, egg, and vanilla together. Add this mixture to dry ingredients and mix until dough pulls away from the sides. Refrigerate dough for 2 hours.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes.
