Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge

  • 2 - 8 ounces pkgs. cream cheese softened
  • 2 - 1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
  • Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat the cream cheese, chocolate, vanilla and sugar substitute until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8 inch square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Yield 16 servings carbs 5 grams calories 147 WW points: 1
  2. Tips:Weight Watchers used crumbled graham crackers instead of pecans. This reduces the fat and calories. 18 packets of Equal is 1 cup of sugar.
