Summer's Best Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

- 4 cups cut up rhubarb
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup room temp butter
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Place fruit in a 10"x 6" x 2" deep ungreased baking pan. (preferrably glass)
- Sprinkle with salt
- Add Sugar flour and cinnamon into a bowl and add butter.
- mix until crimbly
- Sprinkle over fruit
- Bake 45-50 minutes
- Serve warm and maybe even with ice cream.
