Summer's blessing

INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe yellow peaches
- 1 ripe white peach
- 2 ripe plums-the red ones
- 2 nectarines
- 1/2 cantalope
- 1/2 cup yogurt, not sweetened or flavored
- 1/8th tsp almond extract
- ten drops lemon extract
- 2 TBS fresh lime juice
- 3 TBS honey
DIRECTIONS
- Cut all the stone fruit into bite sized pieces. Using a melon baller's small end, ball the melon. Put all the fruit in a bowl large enough to mix everything in without spilling.
- In a small bowl, add the yogurt, extracts, honey and lime juice. Mix well. Pour over the fruit and stir to coat all pieces.
- Put two lettuce leaves on salad plate, spoon fruit mixture into the middle of the leaves and serve.
