Summer Chicken Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 8 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 2 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmet
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk together mayonaise, lime juice, salt and nutmeg. Add the rest, mix and chill. Can be served on a bed of lettuce.
