Summer Fruit Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. (6 c.) sliced strawberries
  • 1 can drained pineapple tidbits- reserve juice
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 2 pkg. sugar free/fat free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 8 oz. fat free whipped topping
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix milk, reserved pineapple juice, pudding, and cool whip well. Add fruit and stir well.
