Sun-dried Tomato-chevre Spread
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons minced oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons (about 1 ounce) chevre cheese
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • Dash of salt, or to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Process all of the spread ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is nearly smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  2. The spread will keep for up to 5 days in a covered container in the refrigerator.
