Sun-dried Tomato-chevre Spread

- 2 tablespoons (about 1 ounce) chevre cheese
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of red pepper flakes, or to taste
- Dash of salt, or to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Process all of the spread ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is nearly smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- The spread will keep for up to 5 days in a covered container in the refrigerator.
