Sun dried tomato basil dressing

  • 1 - 2 Tbsp sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp fresh or frozen basil
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup water
  • sea salt
  1. Soak your sun dried tomatoes in 1/2 cup water to soften if you are not using the ones stored in oil.
  2. Use the soak water in this recipe.
  3. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
