Sunday Coconut Toast

- 8-10 slices of Raisin Bread
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans
DIRECTIONS
- Arrange raisin Bread in a well greased 9x13 pan.
- Stack it in two pieces,on top of the other
- Mix butter,vanilla,egg, sugar,coconut,and pecans together in a bowl
- Spread on top of Raisin bread
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
- Broil for one minute
