Sunday Coconut Toast

  • 8-10 slices of Raisin Bread
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup pecans
DIRECTIONS
  1. Arrange raisin Bread in a well greased 9x13 pan.
  2. Stack it in two pieces,on top of the other
  3. Mix butter,vanilla,egg, sugar,coconut,and pecans together in a bowl
  4. Spread on top of Raisin bread
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  6. Broil for one minute

My Mom would make this on Sunday mornings,I'm not sure where she got the recipe.It made Sunday's special.I'm sharing it with you because it's one of my favorites and it's easy.
