Super Simple Baked Salmon

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Salmon Filets
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 6 Tbspn olive oil
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbspn lemon juice
  • 1 Tbspn parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix ingredients, starting with olive oil and lemon juice; mix in dry seasons.
  2. Place salmon in glass dish and cover with mix. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge about 1 hour. Turn after 30 min.
  3. Bake 45 min at 375 degrees.
