Swedish Chokladbollar

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10 minutes

- 100 grams butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 500 grams quick oats
DIRECTIONS
- Make sure the butter is soft before you start.
- Mix the butter and the sugar
- Add the rest of the ingredients and make it in to a smooth "dough"
- Once done, start rolling little balls in any size you prefer.
- To garnish you can roll the balls in coconut-flakes, sprinkles, pearl sugar or sesame seeds
- Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week :-)
- For the adult version you can add coffee instead of water :-)
