Sweet Potato Biscuits

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 teaspoons baking flour
  • 3 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup lard
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients and make into biscuits 2 hours before baking.
  2. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees until bottoms are brown.
