Sweet Potato Souffle
INGREDIENTS
- 2 c. sweet potato, boiled and mashed
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- TOPPING:
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. melted butter
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients for souffle and pour into baking dish. Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
