Sweet Relaxing Rice

  • 1 tsp chamomile
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tsp lavander
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  1. Brew the dry tea in boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain the tea into a sauce pan. Bring the tea to a boil. Add the salt and pepper. Rinserice well. Add rice to the boiling tea. Lower the heat until the tea is at a simmer. Cover the saucepan with a tight-fitting lid and simmer for approximately 40 mins or until tea has been absorbed. fluff with a fork
