Sweet and Sour Vegetable Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (drained) each:
  • French style green beans
  • Small LeSeur green peas
  • Shoepeg corn
  • Add -
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced green and red peppers
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • Add dressing, and marinate 30 minutes - 1 hour before serving.
