Swirly Coffee Brownie Icing
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1/4 cup Half And Half
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine
  1. Sift powdered sugar & cocoa together into small saucepan.
  2. Add half and half & margarine.
  3. Cook on medium heat until mixture begins to bubble. Do not boil.
  4. Remove from heat; beat with a spoon until mixture starts to thicken to spreading consistency, about three minutes.
  5. Spread quickly over brownies.
  6. Let icing set before cutting
