Swiss, Ham and Noodle Casserole

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups chopped ham
- 1-8oz pkg. swiss cheese,shredded
- 1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup lowfat sour cream (or plain yogurt)
- Saute in 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper and 1/2 cup
- chopped onion. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 cup lowfat sour cream
- (or plain yogurt)
DIRECTIONS

- In a large casserole dish, layer in this order: ham, noodles, sauce,
- and cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min.
