Swiss Chicken

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water to dilute soup
  • 2 cups Brownberry stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place chicken in casserole dish
  2. Cover with cheese slices
  3. Combine soup and water, then pour over chicken
  4. Melt butter and combine with stuffing mix
  5. Spread stuffing evenly over casserole
  6. Bake uncovered in a 325 oven for 1 1/2 hours
