TUNA CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. noodles
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can of tuna
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 914 1/2 oz.) can of peas
- Approximately 1/2 c. crushed soda or Ritz crackers Vegetable spray
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. minced onion (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup, mushrooms (drained), milk, and
- onions in a saucepan and heat through.
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain peas. Drain and
- flake tuna. Add peas and tuna to cooked, and drained noodles. Salt and
- pepper to taste.
- Mix soup mixture with noodles, peas and tuna. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart
- casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Top with
- crushed crackers and dot with butter for flavor.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until heated through. Crackers should
- be brown.
