TURKEY-SQUASH CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1-1/2 pound yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth or enough to moisten
  • 12 ounces skinless turkey breast, cubed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375° Saute onion in margarine. Mix with remaining ings. Pour into 2-qt baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 30-40 min. or until bubbly.
