Taco Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • Spread on serving platter
  • chop 1 head of lettuce
  • chop 2-3 tomatoes
  • chop 1 onion
  • chop 1/2 can olives
  • chop 1 green pepper
  • one bottle (8oz) taco sauce
  • 8 oz. Catalina dressing
  • 1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Layer 1/2 of all vegetables on sour cream mixture.
  2. Pour one bottle (8oz) taco sauce over this.
  3. Layer remaining vegetables.
  4. Then pour 8 oz. Catalina dressing.
  5. Top with 1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese and olives.
