Taco Soup

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, Mexican style
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg ranch dressing mix
  • 2 1/2 C water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown ground beef and onion in large pan with olive oil
  2. Drain off fat
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for one hour
