- 1-4 OZ CAN GREEN CHILIES
- 1 BUNCH OF CHOPPED SCALLIONS
- 1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
- 1 CAN SALAS VERDE
- 11/2 TSP CHILI POWDER
- 1 TSP GROUND CUMIN
- 1 TSP SALT
- 2 CUPS GRATED JALEPENO JACK CHEESE
DIRECTIONS
- PREHEAT OVER 350
- MIX CREAM AND SALSA VERDE AND POUR THIN LAYER ON 13# PAN
- MIX CORN SCALLIONS AND GREEN CHILIES
- MAKE ONE LAYER OF TAMALES COVER WITH CREAM MIXTURE THEN CORN MIXTURE AND CHEESE AND CONTINUE LAYERING UNTIL OUT OF INGREDIENTS.
- COOK COVERED 45 MINUTES THEN UNCOVER AND COOK 15 MINUTES MORE
