Tangy Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 3/4 cup
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tb. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream together cheese and seasonings in top of double boiler. Beat in egg; stir i lemon juice and sour cream.
  2. Place over simmering water and cook, stirring, 'til heated through.
