Tart Aux Noix
  • 1 recipe Pate Brisee
  • 100 g Chopped walnuts
  • 200 g Crème Fraiche
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg. Vanilla sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Roll out dough and place in 9” tart pan.
  3. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into tart shell.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
I was visiting Brittany in France and the people we were staying with cooked a fabulous veal dinner. The woman of the house and I put our heads together and created this delicious simple walnut tart for dessert.
