Tartar Sauce
  • 1/2 C. mayo
  • 1 heaping T. of pickle relish
  • 1 heaping T. of finely diced onion
  • 1 t. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 t. dill weed
  • 1/2 t. lemon juice
  • dash garlic powder
  1. Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
For fish, french fries or onion rings, try this home made tartar sauce. I use my little chopper, but hand cutting the onions is fine, if using a chopper, put in the onions then zap until small then add everything else and zap a few seconds until blended.
