Tater Tot Soup
  • 3 Yellow cooking onions cut in bite size pieces
  • 3 TBS Butter
  • 8 C water
  • 5 Chicken bullion cubes
  • 1 C powdered milk or Coffee creamer
  • 2 Lbs Tater Tots
  • 1-4 more TBS butter to taste
  1. Fry Onion in 1st 3 TBS butter 'till soft
  2. Add water and bring to a boil
  3. Add bullion cubes and stir 'till dissolved
  4. Add powdered milk or coffee creamer and stir 'till all mixed in
  5. Add Tater Tots Cook on medium heat 'till they're all broke up stir
  6. Add extra butter 1 spoon at a time until it tastes good too you
  7. *Option Add 1/4 or more cups sour cream (I Love it in mine)
  8. Add Shredded Cheese ( I'm not a fan of cheese in this recipe but others are)
My own concoction I like it w/ home fries too!
