Tequilla Lime Chicken

- 6 medium boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 c good Tequilla
- 1/2 c fresh lime juice
- zest of 3 limes
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 smashed garlic cloves
- 2 t salt and pepper
- 2 T olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate everything in a large plastic bag set in a bowl over night in fridge. Preheat grill for 15 minutes. Place chicken skin side down ( if using skinned) and cook for 6-8 minutes, turn and cook another 8 mintues or until chicken is cooked to 180 or juices run clear. I serve with rice that I have added fresh cilantro and lime zest to.
