Tessa's Cheddar n' Bacon Omletes
  • Cooking Time: 2-5 mins
  • Servings: 6
  • Preparation Time: 1-2 mins
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 1/4-1 tsp water ( The more water you add, the fluffier your omelets will be, but don't add too much.)
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 6 Pieces Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Bacon bits
  • Butter
  1. Whisk together eggs and salt/pepper until yellow. Butter griddle to avoid egg scum. Pour eggs onto 300F griddle. Wait about 1 minute, add cheese and bacon. Fold. Leave on griddle for 30secs-1min and take off. Enjoy your eggs!
