Tex-mex Pizza
  • 1 pounds ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
  • Fajatia veggies (peppers & onions), thawed
  • 2 cup grated mexican cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef, mix in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer til water is absorbed.
  3. Unroll dough, place on pizza or baking pan, pressing dough until thin crust is formed to edge of pan. Bake crust for 8 minutes or until crust BEGINS to brown.
  4. Spread salsa on crust, followed by taco meat, veggies and cheeses. Return to oven, bake additional 7-12 minutes, or until edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted
