Texas Trash Pizza

  • Servings: 6-8
  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes with onion & bell pepper, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook sausage until browned; drain well.
  2. Separate dough into 8 triangles.
  3. Place in slightly greased 12-inch pizza pan, with points toward the center.
  4. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations.
  5. Spoon sausage over crust.
  6. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheese.
  7. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  8. Pour into crust.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
