INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp. grated lime rind
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tblsp. fish sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. chopped serrano pepper
- ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 12 ounces ground turkey breast
- 1 Tblsp. chopped shallots
- 1 head green leaf lettuce
DIRECTIONS
- Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add turkey and shallots. Saute 5 minutes or until turkey is done, stirring to crumble meat. Drizzle with juice mixture, stirring to coat. Serve with lettuce and steamed rice.
