INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tsp. grated lime rind
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tblsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. chopped serrano pepper
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 12 ounces ground turkey breast
  • 1 Tblsp. chopped shallots
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add turkey and shallots. Saute 5 minutes or until turkey is done, stirring to crumble meat. Drizzle with juice mixture, stirring to coat. Serve with lettuce and steamed rice.
